Returns & Refund Policy – Jivansh Arts

At Jivansh Arts, we take pride in delivering high-quality handcrafted Home Furniture, Home Décor, Textiles, Rugs & Carpets. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products:

Returns are accepted only in the case of:
- Damaged products
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect items received
Returns are NOT accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Color, texture, or size variations inherent to handcrafted products
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Products damaged due to improper use or handling
- Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged)

2. Return Request Timeline

Any return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return, please contact us with:

Order number
Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
Description of the issue

4. Return Approval

Once approved, we will guide you through the return or replacement process.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only for approved returns.
Refunds will be processed after:
- The returned item is received and inspected, or
- Damage is verified through images/videos (in applicable cases)
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval.

6. Replacement Policy

Wherever possible, we prefer replacement over refund, especially for:
- Furniture
- Rugs & Carpets
Replacement production and shipping timelines will be shared upon approval.

7. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs:
- Will be covered by Jivansh Arts in case of verified manufacturing defects or transit damage.
- Will be borne by the customer in all other approved cases.

8. International Orders

Returns for international orders are handled case by case.
Customs duties, import taxes, and international shipping charges are non-refundable.
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued without requiring the product to be returned.

9. Handmade Product Disclaimer

Slight variations in color, texture, size, weave, or finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and do not qualify as defects.
Product images are for reference only; actual products may vary slightly.

10. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
Once production or dispatch has started, cancellation will not be accepted.
Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days.
