We ship pan India.
We offer international shipping worldwide, including bulk and export orders.
For destinations not visible at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.

2. Order Processing Time

Most of our products are handcrafted and made to order.
Order processing time: 5–10 business days.
Customized furniture, rugs, carpets, or bulk export orders may require additional time. Exact timelines will be shared after order confirmation.

3. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on product size, location, and courier partner.

International Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 15–30 business days after dispatch.
Delivery time depends on destination country, customs clearance, and local logistics providers.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
- Product size & weight (especially furniture, rugs & carpets)
- Shipping destination
- Packaging requirements
For bulk, wholesale, or B2B export orders, shipping costs will be quoted separately.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local charges.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.
All such charges must be borne by the buyer/consignee.

All products are packed using export-quality, protective packaging.

10. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging along with the order number.
We will assess the issue and assist as per our resolution policy.
